The grapes for this wine come from various vineyards in Gols and Halbturn situated in the Heideboden region east of Lake Neusiedl. Heideboden is a flat area featuring warm, permeable soils of gravel and black earth.

Harvest:

Following yield reduction, the grapes were carefully selected and harvested by hand on 30 September.

Vinification:

Selection of the grapes, gentle processing, controlled fermentation, maturation in stainless steel tanks, bottled on 18 December 2015

Tasting notes:

Shiny golden yellow colour; herbal spiciness and aromas of raisins and dried fruit with a hint of caramel on the nose; fruity and lively on the palate, equal balance of sweetness and acidity with a long aftertaste of fruit (18 December 2015)
