- Selection of the grapes, gentle processing, 7 days’ cold maceration, controlled mash fermentation and malolactic fermentation in barrique barrels, bâtonnage, matured in barrique barrels for 16 months, bottled on 8 February 2019
- Tasting notes:
- Powerful, shiny straw yellow colour; fragrance of vineyard peach and white pepper on the nose; very fine minerality with notes of vanilla and brioche; the fruitiness continues on the palate with intense aromas of pineapple and mango with underlying, very discreet clove spiciness; very sappy and very long-lasting on the finish with a very fine note of liquorice and a good texture (8 February 2019)
